| The "Piece Of Me" video with over 50 million views was deleted some days ago, and now "Gimme More" has been deleted as well. The same copyright message comes up. Shame. Wonder if it will be resolved at all. |

| You want a piece of Britney Spears? It won't come cheap. Seven articles of clothing once worn by the pop star are among the pieces being offered to the public by online auctioneers Gotta Have It! as part of their upcoming Rock & Roll Pop Art Auction. One of the featured pieces is a T-shirt worn by Spears, 26, while she was a cast member on the New Mickey Mouse Club and signed by her costars, including Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, and Keri Russell. (Spears had given the shirt to her grandmother.) "Something like that has never come up for auction before," Gotta Have It! owner Ed Kosinski tells PEOPLE. "We expect it to go for between $15,000 and $20,000." Other Spears items include costumes from her "Drive Me Crazy" and "Oops, I Did it Again" tours, a blue and white sexy Santa dress she wore in a Christmas ad for Pepsi in 2000, and the orange coat and pants she wore to the Billboard Music Awards that same year. Also on the block: a pair of jeans that Marilyn Monroe wore in the film River of No Return, which Spears had received as a gift from Tommy Hilfiger. Kosinski expects them to sell in the range of $60,000 to $80,000. Proceeds from the sale of the Spears memorabilia, which was provided by Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group on behalf of the singer, will go to a charity of Tri Star’s choosing. The company’s owner, Lou Taylor, is a spokesperson for the Spears family. In addition to the Spears items, more than 500 lots will be offered – everything from an Elvis jumpsuit to Madonna's 1987-1988 datebook. The datebook is "all hand-written and what she did day-to-day – if she had dinner, if she had rehearsals," says Kosinski. It even includes phone numbers for Madonna's then-husband, Sean Penn, and her Dick Tracy costar, Dustin Hoffman. Estimated selling price: $6,000 to $8,000. Our sources say over the last few months Adnan has been getting into The Summit, the gated community where Brit lives. They have been "together," though we can't say it's still going on. We know they have been texting back and forth, at times complaining that Daddy Jamie is too "controlling" by trying to the put kibosh on the relationship. But here's the deal. Daddy Jamie's job is to be controlling -- that's what a conservator does. And, sources tell us, Jamie's concern over his daughter seeing Adnan is not just his opinion -- the doctors who are treating Brit have told him it would be a bad thing for Brit to hook up with the dude. Good thing Britney Spears gets to spend more time with her boys these days because she won't be spending any time with TV's Golden Girl soon. Despite the fact that her appearance in the "Ten Sessions" episode of "How I Met Your Mother" was submitted for Emmy consideration, she's not on the Top 11 list of semifinalists for best guest actress in a comedy series.  Too bad. Britney Spears actually earned a few decent reviews for her performance as a receptionist in a doctor's office, including the New York Daily News, which said — with no intent of snarkiness: "Spears proved she can act every bit as well as she can sing." TV Guide critic Matt Roush said Britney was "harmless and (dare I say) kind of cute" in the role, but "Scrubs" star Sarah Chalke — who portrayed Britney's boss — "walked away with the episode." However, Chalke failed to make this Emmy Top 10 list too. Also missing from the lineup: Mary-Kate Olsen, who played a pot-pushing Bible-thumper on "Weeds." Apparently, Emmy has no taste for pop tarts this season. Good thing Lindsay Lohan decided not to bother entering her name for her guest turn on "Ugly Betty." Sarah Silverman — who made a surprise appearance on the Top 10 list for lead comedy actress for "The Sarah Silverman Program" — appears here as well! She's hailed for her guest spot on "Monk" as a psycho fan of a fictional TV detective. It's an ironic role meant to mirror the obsessive-compulsive nature of Tony Shalhoub's character. Last year's winner in this category Elaine Stritch is back for her outrageous portrayal of Alec Baldwin's cranky mom on "30 Rock." She appears on this list opposite costar Edie Falco, the three-time Emmy winning star of "The Sopranos" who proved so deft on "30 Rock" that Showtime signed her up for her own series, according to TV Squad. (READ MORE) Another past Emmy darling, Polly Bergen, is on this list, being honored for doing a good job as Lynette's bad mom on "Desperate Housewives." She won an Emmy in 1957 for portraying the title role in "The Helen Morgan Story" on "Playhouse 90." Bergen also produced the critically acclaimed drama about the Hollywood star's battles with liquor and love. It was nominated for best program of the year, but lost to Rod Serling's "Playhouse 90" drama "The Comedian" Usually these lists have 10 semifinalists, but the rundown extends to 11 when the vote is narrow between the bottome two vote-getters. | The "Piece Of Me" video that had over 50 million views on YouTube has been deleted. It says:  There is still another "Piece Of Me" up on Britney's YouTube channel, but it only has around 334,000 views. Hopefully this is resolved and the video gets it's view count back, Britney was on her way to the top. :( |

| In part 2 of our interview with Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, the super producer spoke exclusively to Rap-Up TV about reuniting with Britney Spears and Brandy for their new albums. Jerkins was back in the studio with Spears for the first time in seven years to produce some tracks for the pop star’s as-yet-untitled sixth studio album, which he revealed is scheduled for an early 2009 release. With this album, the trackmaster behind Spears’ “Overprotected (Remix),” said he’s “trying to reinvent her” and described the new sound as “very dancey, really uptempo, in the clubs, real aggressive, and catchy.” Darkchild called the superstar a “professional” and cited a recent session where she completed a song in two hours. “She walked in at 8:30 and was out by 10:30.” SOURCE: Rap-Up.com |

| Britney Spears needs QUIET!! As TMZ first reported, the Commish approved Brit's request to give her Bev Hills home the heave ho -- but now we know why. According to just released court documents, Britney wants to move to a "lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood" that is closer to parks so her boys can play.  While Kevin Federline partied in Miami Beach this weekend, Britney Spears stayed at home...with the kids!E! News can confirm that Britney had a 12-hour overnight visit with her two sons Saturday night at her Los Angeles?home. "The kids were picked up before noon on Sunday," says a source. It was Britney's first overnight visit since Spears lost visitation with her kids following her infamous visit to the UCLA psych ward in January. Commissioner Scott Gordon, after being presented evidence that Britney's mental health has improved, modified the terms of her visitation last week to allow overnight visits. Meanwhile, K-Fed picked up where he left off in Las Vegas two weeks ago and partied at Miami nightclub Mansion on Friday night.
