I don't doubt there may be a bit of truth in all of this (she wants out of the conservatorship) but this podcast is just WAY too sensationalized to take seriously, sorry.

These girls know exactly what to say to twist a narrative and they know the trigger points any Britney fans have regarding the Cship. Like, the overall tone of the podcast comes off like one of those conspiracy videos you'd find on YouTube.

"9/11 was an inside job"

"Vaccinating Your Children Will Cause Autism"

In your eyes, what do they gain from ~*twisting the story~*? They aren't being paid for this project. If anything, these episodes take hours and hours to produce, record, and research. Time they could use on ANYTHING else that is more lucrative. Their Instagram barely has 2k followers so they're clearly not doing it for the ~*fame.~* If anything, they're making themselves susceptible to a lawsuit from Britney's management team by telling this story.

I also want to say, for the record, that I agree re: the grossness of the speculation and the inappropriateness of the paralegal that called in. But sadly, until Britney is able to speak freely about the state of her affairs — live and uncensored — then this has to happen.

(I also think it's important to note that this podcast started merely as a celebration of her Instagram, not as an investigation into the conservatorship /Britney's well-being. Like anyone who is thinking critically, it's become near impossible to enjoy Britney Spears as a musician ignore the giant red flags surrounding Britney Spears the person.)

I'm sure she is mortified and doesn't want people to know how out of control this situation is, but I hope, if anything, it shows her that there are people on her side and are rooting for her to find happiness and peace on her own terms.

Also, if she was locked up against her will why was she just out and getting her hair done? At the end of the day none of this is confirmed and it IS gross to speculate and all this stuff. Im not sure why more people are not taking what these girls are saying as a grain of salt. They  are nobodies, have no sources, and stand to gain a lot from sensationalizing all of Britney’s life.

Out of control? How do you know it’s out of control? That’s the point. We literally know nothing. All could be well, all could not be well. It doesn’t help anyone, especially Britney, to do all of this speculating that could be completely baseless

Literally all signs point to things being out of control. But go ahead, stream Make Me on Spotify, justice for Domination, etc!!!

They gained quite a bit of followers with their last podcast episode that sorta went viral in the Britney community. Why not double down on what made people most interested in the first place? Supposed insider information and the ongoing conspiracy regarding the conservatorship

Obviously, it's working as people are buying into it as we can see in this thread.

Regarding what they have to gain? Who knows. Infamy within the Britney community? Hope that some big media outlet will pick up what they're saying and give them 5 minutes of fame.

We actually have absolutely no idea about Britney's physical and mental health, what her diagnosis is or isn't, how serious it is or isn't, or what her life is like day-to-day. This #FREEBRITNEY stuff because she's supposedly being 'held against her will' makes me uncomfortable because perhaps that's what's needed right now for her health in the long run? Just like the 2006 intervention was necessary to keep her safe and healthy then.

"signs" = no concrete proof

This is the last time I'm engaging with you on this topic because clearly we do not see eye to eye. If you think there is "concrete proof" that all is well in the world of Britney Spears and this is all just some wild conspiracy, then, well — that's your prerogative.

Yeah agreed she obviously could go to the hair salon and come back to the facility if the facility allowed it. And clearly they’re blackmailing her with her kids. That’s the only way she’ll ever do anything that her handlers want. The instagram post is sort of twisted if her management made it.

When I went to treatment for a month we were still allowed to leave if we had doctors appointments and we were able to get a haircut also.  We obviously had to have someone with us but it’s not unheard of.

Now some of u think she has been "off" for ten years. Girl. Some eras sure she may have been distance. But girl did Vegas for 5 years.

I can't with so much speculation about her mental health. Just let her be.

Well if what they’re saying is true and the conservatorship was supposed to end after TCSBS, that explains why she was off during FF, and wanting little to any involvement with BJ.

Because programs will let you out temporarily to do things once you earn certain privileges. Plus, it seems Team Britney can do whatever the fuck they want.

I just think the idea of #FreeBritney is potentially damaging. I'm sure it's depressing for us all to think she may be being 'held against her will', and the speculation around the conservatorship over the past 10 or so years has been nothing short of exhausting, and at times worrying and upsetting, but at the same time people screaming 'Free Britney' could be willing her to be "freed" into a dangerous or unsafe situation for her wellbeing - we have absolutely no idea why the conservatorship remains in place, why she's checked into a facility (whether it was at her discretion or not), or what lead to that decision and for these reasons, we also can't say for certain that the conservatorship should be revoked.

I was just thinking this.
